hectic

so many things have happened this weekend. Today, my grandmother went to the hospital for a nosebleed that wouldn't stop. It finally did after 5 hours. The stranger is officially going to live in our house while we stay at my grandmother's. i started smoking yesterday. please. please, don't tell me about the health risks. i didn't post it for you guys to bitch, i posted for you guys to know. My face is breaking out from stress. For some reason, my armpits hurt... odd... well, i gotta go. Bye!

An idea, take a break, lie on your bed, relax, read a book, listen to music, zone out, try 'deep breathing' (it sort of works), RELAX! 'Cause believe me, I understand the stress, not saying I understand the smoking, but the stress I get. Just remember: take time to relax.

I will bitch at you for this briefly, but I will not bring it up any longer after this.

I don't understand how you could start smoking cigarettes. If you think you need something to relieve stress, do something like pot. Much, much less strain and health effects on the body.

With cigarettes, the only way they can become enjoyable is if you get majorly physically addicted to them. With pot, you can't get physically addicted, you can only get mentally addicted, but you can get mentally addicted to anything. Research pot, and you will realize that it's effects are only short-term. It causes extremely minimal damage to the respiratory system. This is why I want to try pot. It's illegalization is ridiculous, too.

That is all. I will torment you no longer. The nicotine damage has already been done, but I would highly recommend doing pot instead of smoking cigarettes.
